- 2 oz (56 g) dark chocolate
- 6 oz (170 g) milk chocolate
- 3/4 c (336 g) unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 c (300 g) sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (128 g) AP flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c (110g, or so) chocolate chips
- icing sugar
- Preheat oven to 175˚C (350˚F). Butter and flour a brownie pan, and set aside.
- Add the chocolate (not the chips) and butter to a bowl over double boiler until melted.
- Add in sugar, vanilla, and lastly eggs – completely integrate before adding the next ingredient. Add in salt, and then flour.
- Pour batter in prepared pan and bake in oven 25-30 minutes.
- Wait until cool and dust with sugar.
