Scallops with Escargot Butter

- 1 lbs scallops, cleaned
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2-4 cloves garlic (more to taste)
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Cut scallops into quarters, set aside.
- Mince the garlic, mince the parsley and and mix in bowl with butter until well integrated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Set scallops into two personal-sized casserole ramekins. Dollop butter mixture evenly over the scallops. Place into oven for 5-8 minutes, or until edges of scallops become opaque white. Serve!
